NORFOLK, Va., Oct. 8, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- AIR Control Concepts, the world's largest commercial HVAC, electrical, and controls platform, has appointed John Eisenhart as President of Aftermarket Solutions. This new role, established to strengthen relationships with manufacturers and customers beyond initial equipment selection and installation, marks a significant step in the company’s strategic expansion.

Eisenhart, an industry veteran with nearly three decades of experience, will lead AIR's Aftermarket Parts and Services businesses. His appointment comes as the company continues to grow its global footprint, operating across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

In his new role, Eisenhart will focus on building stronger partnerships with manufacturers and customers. He will work closely with AIR's operating companies and enterprise teams to develop a consistent approach across the company's service and aftermarket businesses. His goal is to expand capabilities across AIR's network and support manufacturers and customers throughout the operational life of their facilities, ensuring reliability, uptime, and long-term performance.

Eisenhart's background includes various management and executive leadership roles in equipment and controls sales and strategy. He began his career in 1991, serving in diverse capacities that have equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead AIR's Aftermarket Solutions.

The appointment of Eisenhart underscores AIR's commitment to enhancing its service and aftermarket capabilities. The company's strategy aims to connect its service and aftermarket expertise across the organization, providing customers with more consistent support.

AIR's Aftermarket Solutions organization will encompass the company's growing Aftermarket Parts and Services capabilities, creating greater connectivity between local expertise and the resources of AIR's broader global platform. This strategic move is expected to strengthen AIR's ability to support customers from initial system design and equipment delivery through commissioning, aftermarket parts, ongoing service and maintenance, performance management, and modernization.

The role is focused on building stronger relationships with AIR's manufacturers and customers well beyond initial equipment selection and installation, through ongoing service, maintenance, parts, system optimization, and modernization, in the way each wants to be served.

As AIR continues to expand its global footprint and invest in the people, capabilities, and infrastructure needed to support customers and manufacturer partners at greater scale, Eisenhart's appointment is part of a broader strategy to connect service and aftermarket capabilities across the organization. The company's strategy builds on its continued expansion of capabilities across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and controls while increasing the company's ability to support customers from initial system design and equipment delivery through commissioning, aftermarket parts, ongoing service and maintenance, performance management, and modernization.
