LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, October 28, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- AIEO, an AI strategy and visibility agency, has introduced a six-part AI Readiness Framework to help organizations understand and guide the use of artificial intelligence among their employees. The framework is designed to address the growing adoption of AI in workplaces, which is often outpacing the development of clear policies and strategies by organizations.

According to Gallup, 52% of US employees reported using AI at work at least a few times a year in the second quarter of 2026. However, only 25% of these employees said their organization had communicated a clear plan or strategy for integrating AI into its operations. This gap highlights the need for a structured approach to AI adoption, especially as employees increasingly rely on tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini for various tasks.

AIEO's framework, which consists of six key areas, aims to provide a comprehensive structure for organizations to assess their current practices, identify gaps, and develop appropriate guidance. The six parts of the framework are:

1. Awareness: Understanding where employees are already using AI, what tools they are employing, and where opportunities or concerns exist. 2. Language: Establishing shared terminology to ensure clear communication about AI-generated content, AI-supported work, human review, and related concepts. 3. Principles: Defining how AI use should align with the organization's values, priorities, and responsibilities, including the role of human judgment. 4. Ownership: Identifying who is responsible for AI guidance, tool approvals, employee questions, and decisions requiring additional oversight. 5. Boundaries: Establishing practical expectations around approved tools, confidential information, appropriate uses, and human review. 6. Communication: Helping organizations explain their approach to AI clearly to employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Alex Varricchio, CEO and co-founder of AIEO, emphasized the importance of understanding employee experiences with AI before developing policies.

The framework is intended to help organizations navigate the complexities of AI adoption by providing a structured approach that reflects the organization's people, culture, and operations. By addressing the six key areas, organizations can ensure that their AI strategies are both effective and aligned with their broader goals.

The article delves into the practical steps organizations can take to prepare for and integrate AI into their operations.
