NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- AGM Group Holdings Inc, a technology company focused on high-performance hardware and computing equipment, has outlined plans to advance the commercialization of its desktop DePIN node, a project it is developing jointly with HashBeaver. The node, designed for homes, offices, and developers, uses a purpose-built application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) to perform SHA-256 hashing for Bitcoin mining. It also includes connectivity with decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN) and AI-assisted device management.
AGM Group intends to apply its systems engineering, manufacturing quality management, and supply chain coordination capabilities to advance product testing, obtain necessary certifications, and prepare for volume manufacturing with HashBeaver. The company plans to explore sales channels, including direct sales through official websites, regional distribution, and bulk purchases by partners, as part of a phased product rollout in markets where permitted by applicable law.
Once the product is ready for delivery and the relevant commercial arrangements are in place, AGM Group intends to generate revenue from hardware supply, systems integration, and agreed technical support services. The company believes the desktop node could extend its hardware business to individual users and smaller organizations, adding a new product category to its offerings. As commercial deliveries commence and ongoing sales grow, the business could contribute incremental revenue.
The product’s planned AI capabilities will focus on device operations, including recommendations based on temperature, power consumption, and network conditions, anomaly detection, and assistance with managing multiple devices. These functions are intended to reduce users' configuration and maintenance workload and improve the device experience. In subsequent software releases, the parties intend to evaluate AI operations assistants and AI agent capabilities that would allow users to query device status, interpret alerts, and obtain operating recommendations through natural-language interactions. Device configuration actions would be performed within the scope authorized by the user.
AGM Group also plans to evaluate integration with HashBeaver’s planned AI computing services and intelligent routing platform, allowing users to access cloud-based AI models and related services through companion software. This approach could enable existing device users to access AI services after the initial hardware sale, creating potential additional business opportunities.
The first-generation node’s local ASIC computing capacity is dedicated to SHA-256 Bitcoin mining and does not perform general-purpose AI model training or inference. Planned AI model services would be provided through separately integrated cloud computing infrastructure.
AGM Group is exploring recurring service revenue opportunities, including management subscriptions for users operating multiple devices, remote operations and maintenance services, and value-added technical support. The company also intends to explore usage-based pricing for cloud AI services. As device deployments and active users increase, the parties plan to evaluate management subscriptions, remote operations and maintenance services, and value-added technical support. Any financial contribution to AGM from these services will depend on the service responsibilities, pricing, and revenue-sharing arrangements ultimately agreed by the parties.
Dr. Bo Zhu, CEO of AGM Group Holdings Inc, commented, "We aim to translate AGM’s systems engineering and supply chain capabilities into products that we can deliver consistently and that meet users' needs. The desktop DePIN node we are developing with HashBeaver provides a product opportunity to expand our hardware customer base and generate additional sales revenue."
