The new platform aims to streamline the operations of independent aesthetic clinics by consolidating booking, deposits, consent, and treatment records into a single system. Features include online booking with card-protected deposits to reduce no-shows, patient photo galleries and digital treatment maps, versioned consent forms, automated patient messaging, account credit and voucher handling, and a full audit trail across patient records. Additionally, the platform offers a public API for clinics running their own tooling.
McAuley emphasized the importance of a smooth transition for clinics moving from another system.
To ease the transition, AesthetiClinic offers a free, managed migration. The AesthetiClinic team runs the move with the clinic, agrees a go-live date up front, and runs the new system alongside the existing one until the cut-over, ensuring that existing appointments carry across and no booking is lost on the day.
