Aegis Treatment Centers Expands Overdose Response Efforts

The spotlight centers on Aegis's leave-behind bag initiative, which distributes naloxone, treatment information, and other recovery resources directly to first responders, including EMS, law enforcement, and community partners. By equipping first responders with these resources, Aegis is facilitating connections to care at the moment of an overdose, thereby reducing barriers and creating faster pathways to treatment.
