Adyton Resources Corporation, a company focused on the development of gold and copper resources in Papua New Guinea, has commenced trading on the Papua New Guinea National Stock Exchange (PNGX) on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The company's common shares began trading at 10:00 a.m. (Papua New Guinea time) under the trading code ADY.
Adyton Resources Corporation, which operates under the stock symbols ADY (TSXV), ADYRF (OTCQB), and 701 (FSE), has been admitted to the Official List of PNGX Markets Limited. This move strengthens the company's connection to both Papua New Guinea and international capital markets, complementing its primary listing on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada.
The company's project portfolio is entirely located in Papua New Guinea and includes the 100%-owned Feni Island gold-copper project in New Ireland Province and the Wapolu and Gameta gold projects on Fergusson Island in Milne Bay Province. These projects are being advanced through a joint venture with East Vision Investment Holdings (EVIH).
The Feni Island project, which is the company's flagship, has a mineral resource estimate prepared in accordance with NI 43-101. The project has an initial inferred mineral resource of 60.4 million tonnes at an average grade of 0.75 g/t Au, for contained gold of 1,460,000 ounces, assuming a cut-off grade of 0.5 g/t Au. Additionally, the Feni Island project has indicated resources of 441,000 ounces gold and inferred resources of 2,086,000 ounces gold.
The Wapolu and Gameta projects on Fergusson Island also hold significant mineral potential. The Wapolu project has an indicated mineral resource of 10.19 million tonnes at an average grade of 1.35 g/t Au for contained gold of 441,000 ounces. The Gameta project has an inferred mineral resource of 21.2 million tonnes at an average grade of 0.92 g/t Au for contained gold of 626,000 ounces, both inferred and indicated resources used a 0.4g/t Au cut-off grade.
Trading on PNGX will occur through PETS Depository Interests (PDIs), with each PDI representing one underlying common share of Adyton on a one-for-one basis. PNGCSD Nominees Limited will act as the nominee holder of the underlying Adyton common shares on behalf of PDI holders. New investors wishing to acquire PDIs should contact their local broker in PNG.
Adyton has received confirmation from the Securities Commission of Papua New Guinea that an Information Memorandum or Prospectus was not required to be lodged in Papua New Guinea to enable quotation. No new securities are being issued in connection with the secondary listing, and there is no change to the company's capital structure.
