ACR, a leading provider of foodservice essentials and operational supplies, has successfully launched an AI-powered automation solution across four of its companies, marking a significant step in the company’s enterprise AI strategy. Since going live on July 20, 2026, the solution has processed nearly 5,000 transactions with a success rate exceeding 99%.
The AI-powered automation solution, developed in partnership with qBotica, a global AI and automation company, integrates intelligent automation, business rules, validation controls, and AI-assisted recovery. This comprehensive approach ensures consistent and reliable transaction processing, while also providing ACR with a scalable foundation to expand across additional workflows and transaction types.
One of the most innovative features of the solution is the AI-powered Healing Agent, which enables the automation to recover from common disruptions such as interface changes, unexpected pop-ups, or timing issues. This intelligent recovery mechanism reduces interruptions and minimizes the need for manual intervention, thereby enhancing the resilience of the system.
According to Kelly Kidd, ACR’s Accounts Receivable Manager, the automation has significantly reduced processing times, increased volume, and improved accuracy.
Thai Vong, Chief Information Officer at ACR, highlighted the importance of the solution in the company’s broader enterprise AI strategy.
