DENVER, Colo., Sep 09, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- ACES Quality Management, a leading provider of enterprise quality management and control software for the financial services industry, will have its subject matter experts speak at two major industry conferences this fall, focusing on the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and mortgage quality assurance.

At the MBA's Compliance and Risk Management Conference, which will take place from September 27-29 in Washington, D.C., ACES Quality Management will serve as the platinum sponsor of the opening general session. The session, titled "Opening General Session: Catch Him if You Can - Lessons from a Former Fraudster," will feature Frank Abagnale, the renowned cybersecurity and fraud prevention expert. ACES CEO Trevor Gauthier will introduce Abagnale, who will discuss his experience and insights into how fraudsters exploit weaknesses in systems.

Nate Smith, senior product manager at ACES Quality Management, will present "Trending Compliance Issues Track: AI Vendor Audits - A Compliance Playbook" on September 27. Smith will provide a practical framework for auditing AI vendors, covering AI-specific due diligence, vendor attestations, and alignment with existing compliance standards. The rise of AI adoption has drawn new scrutiny to vendor risk, fair lending, and model governance, making this topic crucial for financial institutions.

Amanda Phillips, general counsel and executive vice president of compliance at ACES Quality Management, will join a panel on "Fraud Prevention Track: AI, Fraud & Quality Assurance - The New Battlefront in Mortgage Risk" on September 28. The panel will explore AI's dual role in mortgage risk, highlighting how the technology is making fraud more sophisticated while also enhancing fraud detection, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.

At the America's Credit Unions Lending Council Conference, which will be held from November 3-6 in Las Vegas, ACES Quality Management's Brock Miller, senior director of business development, will present "Mortgage Quality Beyond the Checklist: Tools, Trends, and Industry Insights." Miller’s session will cover mortgage quality and compliance management across the full loan lifecycle, from origination through servicing. Topics will include risk-based sampling, defect trending, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and the performance metrics that matter most.

ACES Quality Management CEO Trevor Gauthier said, "Our team's presence across this year's conference circuit reflects the role ACES plays in helping lenders, servicers, and credit unions turn compliance and audit requirements into a competitive advantage. The regulatory environment closing out 2026 rewards institutions that build quality into their operations rather than inspect for it after the fact, and these are the conversations where that shift takes shape."

Gauthier added, "The regulatory landscape is evolving rapidly, and our role is to help our clients navigate these changes. By speaking at these industry conferences, we are not only sharing our expertise but also contributing to the ongoing discussion on how to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and compliance."

ACES Quality Management, with its suite of enterprise quality management and control software, supports a range of financial services, including over 70% of the top 20 independent mortgage lenders, eight of the top 10 loan servicers, 14 of the top 30 banks, and seven of the top 15 credit unions in the United States. The company's AI-powered capabilities enable audit teams to translate complexity into clear insights and accelerate performance.
