At the meeting, the re-election of four directors was confirmed. Tim Fernback, Robert Setter, Ryan Cheung, and Andrew Gertler were re-elected to serve as directors. Additionally, SHIM & Associates LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, were reappointed as the company’s auditors.

This area is near and adjoining the Decar project of FPX Nickel Corp., situated 100 kilometers northwest of Fort St. James, B.C., in the Omineca mining division. The mineralization includes significant nickel, cobalt, and chromium deposits, with at least some nickel occurring as awaruite.
