ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- ACACIA Exterior Building Group has expanded its regional footprint by launching its group of roofing and exterior building businesses and making a significant investment in Bel-Mac Roofing and Seashore Construction. The move underscores the company's commitment to supporting local leadership and fostering sustainable growth.
Led by CEO Cagen Williams, ACACIA brings together NECC and the combined Bel-Mac, connecting established regional businesses across the Mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast. NECC, now operating as NECC in Alexandria, Virginia, and Ducks Roofing, now NECC's Hampton Roads branch in Portsmouth, Virginia, will continue to serve customers throughout Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and the broader Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. NECC offers a range of commercial roof evaluations and inspections, preventative maintenance, restoration, repairs, and replacements, as well as custom roof design and building envelope services.
In Northwest Florida, ACACIA's investment brings together Bel-Mac Roofing, founded in 1995, and Seashore Construction, founded in 2005. The combined business offers roofing, waterproofing and coatings, concrete repair and restoration, exterior cladding and siding, structural and framing solutions, and related exterior construction services throughout the region and along the Gulf Coast. This consolidation provides property owners, managers, condominium associations, developers, and general contractors with a more coordinated range of roofing and exterior building services.
ACACIA's approach centers on investing in people, operational infrastructure, and shared resources. By connecting regional businesses to a broader network of expertise and support, ACACIA helps local leaders develop their teams, create opportunities for career growth, share knowledge, and strengthen their operations. Together, these investments help businesses expand their capabilities and serve more of their customers' needs, including larger and more complex projects.
RCap Equity, an affiliate of Renovus Capital Partners, is ACACIA's investment partner. Its support complements ACACIA's focus on building businesses through collaboration with their leaders and investment in their long-term development. Renovus, managing more than $2 billion across its sector-focused funds and other strategies, was named to Inc.'s 2026 Founder-Friendly Investors list.
The combination of NECC and the combined Bel-Mac under the Bel-Mac name will continue to operate under their respective names, with local leaders guiding their teams and customer relationships. This strategic move by ACACIA is part of its broader mission, "Launching Legacies Forward," which aims to back local leadership, connect teams to the resources they need, and create opportunities for people and businesses to grow without losing what made them successful.
