Lyon, France, AAEON, a leading provider of industrial IoT and AI Edge solutions, will participate in the 12th Annual SIDO Lyon Exhibition by showcasing a range of live AI analytics demonstrations. The event, set to take place from September 16 to 17, 2026, at the Lyon Convention Centre, will feature over 300 exhibitors and a diverse array of conferences, workshops, and talks on topics such as autonomous robotics and cybersecurity.
AAEON will be operating from Booth #O209, where visitors can explore the company’s latest advancements in AI and industrial IoT technologies. The demonstrations will highlight AAEON’s commitment to providing secure, scalable, and intelligent edge computing solutions.
One of the key highlights is AAEON’s Al video analytics solution, which will be demonstrated on the new UP WCL Edge platform featuring Intel Core processors (Series 3). This solution integrates technologies from partners Balena, Network Optix, and Exein to offer remote device management and embedded cybersecurity, ensuring secure and scalable edge AI deployments.
AAEON will also present the BOXER-8652AI, a compact fanless embedded AI system powered by NVIDIA Jetson Orin series modules. This platform will demonstrate Al analytics applications for smart city deployments, such as traffic management. Leveraging real-time video inference based on CUDA/TensorRT, the application showcases the video analytics solution Isarsoft Perception, which provides real-time traffic insights to support smarter urban mobility infrastructure.
AAEON’s growth in the RISC computing sphere is also on display, with a live demonstration featuring the Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ9075-based HPC-Q9M and the NXP i.MX 8M Plus-driven SRG-IMX8P. These platforms will showcase LF Energy SEAPATH for virtualized and high-availability smart grid infrastructure. Additionally, visitors can explore the new Qualcomm Dragonwing QCS6490-powered uCOM-Q6490, which boasts an 8-core Qualcomm Kryo 670 CPU built on Arm v8 Cortex technology and 12 TOPS of AI performance through the chip's integrated Qualcomm Hexagon 770 NPU.
AAEON’s static demo lineup includes the upcoming GENE-PTH6, built on Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors (formerly Panther Lake), and the recently released Intel Core processors (Series 3)-powered UP WCL Edge. The company will also showcase the BOXER-8649AI, an IP67-rated fanless embedded AI system powered by NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, and the MAXER-5000, one of AAEON’s first products equipped with new NVIDIA Jetson Thor series modules.
