74Software Discloses Share Buyback Transactions

74Software, a Paris-based enterprise software group, has disclosed the purchase of its own shares over a five-day period from September 7 to 11, 2026. The company, which was authorized by its Combined General Meeting on May 19, 2026, to implement a share buyback program, has now provided detailed information on these transactions.

According to the press release, the share buyback program is in line with European Regulation No 596/2014 and its delegated regulation (EU) 2016/1056. The transactions, which are detailed on page 2 and following, are part of 74Software’s ongoing efforts to optimize its capital structure and enhance shareholder value.

74Software, formed through the combination of Axway and SBS, is a leader in enterprise integration solutions, serving over 12,000 companies, including more than 1,500 financial service customers.
