74Software, a leading enterprise software group, disclosed its share buyback activities from August 31 to September 4, 2026, in accordance with the authorization granted by the Combined General Meeting on May 19, 2026. The company executed the buyback program to optimize its capital structure and enhance shareholder value.
During the specified period, 74Software purchased a total of 1,200,000 of its own shares, with each share priced at €50.00. This brings the total number of shares repurchased under the program to 2,500,000 since its commencement. The company stated that the transactions were conducted in compliance with Article 5(2)(c) of the European Regulation No 596/2014 and its delegated regulation (EU) 2016/1056.
The share buyback program is part of 74Software's strategic initiatives aimed at managing its capital and providing long-term benefits to its shareholders. The company noted that the transactions were executed through a tender offer, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process. According to the company’s investor relations contacts, the buyback program will continue in accordance with the predefined terms and conditions, which include a maximum of 5,000,000 shares to be repurchased over the next two years.
