Opus Training, an AI-native training and operations platform for frontline and deskless teams at multi-unit businesses, launched its Opus Agents feature on August 20, 2025. Within its first week, the platform saw significant adoption, with 72 multi-unit service brands putting AI agents to work.
Designed specifically for multi-unit service brands, Opus Agents handle onboarding, compliance, and audit follow-up across every location. Admins can approve changes and receive answers to questions about completions, overdue training, team members, locations, roles, and checklist results. The platform also allows admins to run reports, draft or edit courses, modules, check-ins, checklists, audits, and Opus Docs.
Opus Agents come with 15 ready-made agents, including the Onboarding Coach, Compliance Auditor, Content Author, and Morning Brief. Brands can also build their own agents, and many have done so, setting up more than 100 custom agents, with Content Author, Compliance Auditor, and Recognition Finder leading the pack.
In the first six days after Opus Agents went live, 175 conversations were started by admins and managers, and more than 1,000 requests were made. This early adoption has already shown promising results, with 83% of agent-built courses published going live within a day.
McKinsey Capitosti, Director of Training at Latitude Food Group, noted the impact of Opus Agents on his team's workload.
Rachael Nemeth, CEO and co-founder of Opus Training, highlighted the platform's ability to support training leaders in their daily tasks.
Opus Agents are part of a broader suite of AI tools developed by Opus Training. Recommendation Engine, launched in July 2026, uses guest reviews and operational data to generate specific actions for each location. This tool complements Opus Agents, providing a comprehensive AI solution for multi-unit service brands.
Opus Training's platform is designed to work seamlessly with existing AI assistants, ensuring that brands can leverage their preferred tools while maintaining control over their data.
With its focus on multi-unit service brands and its ability to integrate with existing systems, Opus Training is well-positioned to support the operational needs of businesses in various industries, including restaurants, fitness, hospitality, car wash, and retail.
