VERONA, Italy, Sept. 14, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- 5StarWines, the annual wine selection organized by Veronafiere, has released its 10th edition, featuring the top-scoring wines from the prestigious 5StarWines selection event. The guide, now available in both digital and paperback formats, highlights 636 wines that scored at least 90 points out of 100 during the three-day blind tasting event held in April 2026.

The 2026 edition of 5StarWines saw a total of 2,000 wines submitted for evaluation. After rigorous blind tastings by a panel of 49 international judges, including 25 recent graduates of the Vinitaly International Academy, 636 wines were selected to be included in the guide. Wines that scored between 85 and 89 points received an official certificate of participation in digital format.

The guide is now accessible on the official website of the event at https://www.vinitaly.com/en/awards/5starwines-the-book/selected-wines/ and can be purchased on Amazon in paperback form at https://www.amazon.it/5StarWines-Book-2027-Veronafiere/dp/8894315398/ref=zg_bsnr_g_508822031_d_sccl_18/000-0000000-0000000?psc=1.

The judging panel, led by five General Chairs, Pedro Ballesteros Torres MW, Bernard Burtschy PhD, Daniele Cernilli, Robert Joseph, and Andrea Lonardi MW, ensured the high credibility and international relevance of the selection.

Selected wineries benefit from a comprehensive suite of promotional activities.
