RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- 10 Federal, a leading technology-driven self-storage owner and operator, has announced the formation of a formal executive leadership team aimed at accelerating the company's growth. The appointments, effective September 28, 2026, include Geoff Hayth as President and Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO), Beau Agnello as Chief Operating Officer, and Brian Oakley as Chief Technology Officer. These moves come as 10 Federal continues its expansion, having acquired and opened several new properties and entered the retail real estate market.

Geoff Hayth, who has served as President of DaVinci Lock since 2022, will lead the executive team and own the customer experience across 10 Federal's platform. Hayth previously spent eight years at Extra Space Storage, most recently as Director of Operations. He joins 10 Federal from a long-standing role with the company, having been a board member and strategic advisor.

Beau Agnello, who brings over 14 years of self-storage operating experience, joins 10 Federal from Go Store It Self Storage. At Go Store It, Agnello served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the growth of the company from roughly 100 operating properties to more than 200 across 27 states. This growth included the 2024 merger with Snapbox Self Storage, which combined more than 10 million square feet under a single platform.

Brian Oakley, who has led 10 Federal's technology organization since 2023, will now serve as Chief Technology Officer. Oakley previously served as Vice President of Technology at Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on transportation real estate, where he led a firm-wide digital transformation as assets under management grew from approximately $1 billion to $12 billion. Earlier, he held technology, data architecture, and quantitative roles at T. Rowe Price and the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

The appointments come during an active period of expansion for 10 Federal. In recent months, the company opened two ground-up Class A facilities in Richmond Hill, Georgia, and Lake Worth, Texas, and acquired three facilities in Azle and Springtown, Texas, adding more than 2,600 units and 375,000 net rentable square feet. Additionally, 10 Federal entered the retail real estate market with the acquisition of Eric Lane Shopping Center in Burlington, North Carolina.

Since acquiring its first self-storage facility in 2015, 10 Federal has built a proprietary automated management platform that includes predictive analytics, automated access control, AI-driven property auditing, drone-based security, and AI-powered voice and customer service agents. This platform now supports operations at 131 properties across 15 states. The executive team's mandate is to extend this platform across a much larger footprint.

The appointments underscore 10 Federal's commitment to innovation and growth in the self-storage industry. The company is recognized as an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company in America, an Inside Self-Storage (ISS) Top 100 Operator, a Top Performing Real Estate Fund by Preqin, and a Top Fundraiser by Juniper Square.
